  • Breathing techniques - to help you feel grounded and strong - and to connect with the power of your breath - for pregnancy, birth and beyond
  • NLP (the 'user manual' for your brain) - so you can learn how to press 'pause' on negative thoughts and start to retrain your inner critic to be your biggest cheerleader
  • Energy EFT - to release emotions, worries and stresses that so often come with pregnancy and motherhood
